Profile:Donna Foland is the founder and President of DGF Properties. With a real estate career that spans 20 years, she is an expert in property estate management and commercial real estate development. Over the years she has been recognized for her ability to bring parties together on large investment projects by providing her extensive real estate knowledge and success. Through her involvement with the Symphony Partners Properties project, Donna had the opportunity to work with one of the largest land owners in the Midtown area. She assisted in developing and marketing their commercial property investments in not only a crime prone area but also in a down market. This venture lead to several renovation projects and resulted in a complete transformation of the area. Following this project, Donna received a Crime Prevention award. Business Description:DGF Property Management is an Asset and Estate Management business whose mission is to offer the clients a variety of options and possibilities available within their estate. DGF Property Management has worked with international investors in Atlanta to manage their asset portfolios. Clients include Aeroswed International Investors and HCM Holdings, LLC. Outstanding Achievements and Community Involvement:As a prominent woman in business in Atlanta, Donna served on the Advisory Board to Small Businesses for Wachovia Bank for three years. She is also an active member in Women Doing Business with the City of Atlanta. In 2008, she was nominated as a member of Leadership CREW, a 12-month leadership program for women in the commercial real estate business that focuses on vision and leadership. An active member of the community, Donna supports Maternal and Child Health along with her husband, Wesley. Milestones:Donna Foland is a graduate of Columbus College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. She currently lives in Atlanta with her husband, Wesley Derrick, retired Deputy Chief of Police for the City of Atlanta. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and making jewelry. |
